From the start of his career, Tim was at the forefront of digital transformations. Today, he has over one decade of experience as a change management practitioner. He is working with teams to accelerate innovation and operational excellence; as a result, improving their agility and effectiveness in today’s dynamic and competitive business environment.
Through his change management experience he shaped the belief that great conversations, cross-silo relationships and meaningful work will lead to excellence - People Excellence.
His work is based on intrinsic motivation and he is passionate about positive leadership that drives extraordinary results. Peers appreciate his creativity, relentlessness and versatility. He holds a MBA and is a certified change management practitioner (Prosci, CCMP). Originally from Switzerland, he has been working for the better part of his career in the Asian region.
