If we want to aim for success, we need to enable lasting performance. We should be in for the long-run. Success is not a sprint; it's a marathon. We need to be able to sustain good productivity over a very long period of time. How can we reach lasting performance? With a balance of organisational productivity and health. And we need to get out of the survival zone.
How can we achieve this balance and bring our people (and ourselves) into the flow zone. Here are some of my ideas:
Enabling Leadership Teams to Give Their Best leads to higher productivity. And the path is a combination of clarity, connection, energy and structure. Bring your peers together and start with common goals: lets say no to burnout and toxicity; let's say yes to team cohesion and effectiveness.
