I want to express my heartfelt appreciation for initiating this [leadership] training program. This program was around my favourite topic: Enabling Teams to Give Their Best. The participants line manager in a global consulting company and we are touring the offices here in the region. How can we become highly effective teams? How can I as a leader support my team members with trustworthiness, feedback, motivation, goal setting, transparency and many more. For many this is a change journey away from traditional management habits - one step at a time. I am thankful and excited to receive such feedback. It shows me that we are on the right track delivering great experiences, transforming people's life, and delivering success to companies. Thank you for your invaluable contribution to our professional growth and development through the learnings I’ve gained during our sessions. I eagerly anticipate applying the knowledge acquired and creating a positive impact in my [leadership] journey.
